Given the seriousness of cases of violence and harassment in the workplace, any investigation or counselling requires a high degree of confidentiality to be effective. This is why MRK Consulting has inaugurated a Confidential Counsellor Service for Employees.

This is available to companies and organizations to help oversee policies of prevention and management of violence and harassment while ensuring its greater visibility within the company or organization.
Employees can turn to MRK’s Consulting’s Confidential Counsellor Service when they are confronted by unwanted adverse behaviour or circumstances.

The Confidential Counsellor Service is there for your company or organization as a means of discussing, handling and solving confidential matters such as mobbing, bullying, intimidation, sexual harassment, aggression and discrimination. The service also is willing to discuss behavioural problems involving your board or management team, other employees and clients.
