Visitors to, and users of, the www.mrk.gr website are strongly urged to carefully read the following website terms of use.
These terms of use define the rights and obligations of using the www.mrk.gr website address, henceforth referred to as MRK. The www.mrk.gr site was designed and developed by, and belongs to, MRKCONSULTING SINGLE PROPRIETORSHIP, otherwise known as MRKConsulting, based in the municipality of Athens, Attica, and inscribed in the General Commercial Register as number Γ.Ε.ΜΗ. 169310303000.
The use of the electronic pages of the website by any visitor/user presumes that there is agreement with all the terms of use here stated, applying to the entire content, such as pages, graphics, illustrations, photographs and archives contained therein (referred to henceforth as Terms of Use). Hence it is advisable to the visitor/user to carefully read the Terms of Use before entering the website, and in case of disagreement, avoid using the said site.
It is presumed that the visitor/user has agreed to the present Terms of Use before entering the www.mrk.gr website. In case of any disagreement with any of the terms therein, the visitor/user is obliged to desist from using the site, and inform the site manager if so desired.
mrk.gr retains the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time and without explanation, while suggested modifications are taken into account only after being submitted in writing and inserted in the present text. Users are therefore recommended to check the terms periodically. In case of total or partial invalidation or inability to observe individual terms, the validity of the total remaining terms is not affected. Any gap thus created within the agreement between the user and the website as a result of an invalid term will be filled by new or modified terms. The above applies in all cases and for any issue not expressly provided for by the text of the Terms of Use.

Intellectual and industrial ownership rights
By this present agreement you accept and agree that the total content of the mrk.gr site (documents, texts, trademarks, plans, illustrations, services, electronic files etc.) constitutes the intellectual property of the Company as of the moment that it is published on the internet, taking into account third-party rights. Consequently, the content is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European law as well as international conventions. The domain name www.mrk.gr is legally registered in the database of the Greek Telecommunications and Postal Commission (ΕΕΤΤ), and MRK is the legally registered trademark, which lends protection under the relevant provisions of Geek and European law. As regards the intellectual and industrial rights of third parties (e.g. collaborating websites, members or companies), their protection devolves solely on the holders of the rights.
LICENSE OF USE
The Company encourages the private use of the website’s contents for personal information, and use for educational and research purposes. The reproduction or storage of individual pages or data is permitted only for educational and research purposes, with the necessary proviso that the source should be cited, along with the creators (should they appear on the website), and that in no way are the relative intellectual and industrial property rights to be infringed.
The use, copying, storage, reproduction, broadcasting, publication, downloading, translation and any alteration in whole or in part of the content of mrk.gr without the consent of the Company is strictly prohibited.
In case the managers of the mrk.gr site become aware that any member (free or by subscription) systematically exports, manually or automatically, all or any part of the database, the managers of the site are entitled to deactivate that person’s account without warning while reserving the right to exercise any legal rights they may have.
An exception is made in the case of individual storage and copying parts of the content on a simple personal computer for strictly personal use. However, a precondition is the absence of intent to exploit the material commercially and the citation of the source. In no sense, however, can this be interpreted as any cession of intellectual property rights by mrk.gr.
Limited liability of MRK Consulting
Τhe mrk.gr website and the Company can in no case be deemed responsible for any damage and/or adverse consequence resulting from access to it and to the use to which the information and services accessed are put. The totality of the content and services of mrk.gr are available “as is.” The Company can provide no guarantee that the pages, services and excerpts will be supplied free of interruptions or errors, or that the errors can be corrected. Neither can the Company guarantee that any of the linked websites or servers through which the site operates can be free of viruses or any other damaging malware. Hence it can accept no claim of a financial or other nature arising out of the above reasons, while the costs in all cases are borne by the user/visitor.
Responsibilityoftheuser/visitor
Use of the website must be exclusively for legitimate purposes while not hindering use by third parties. The user/visitor is obliged to comply with the rules and provisions of valid Greek, European and international law, and to use the website in accordance with the law, generally accepted ethics and the present Terms of Use. The user/visitor must refrain from all illegal and abusive behaviour while using the site or related activity, and must assume responsibility for any damage done to the Company and/or third party as a result of abuse of the website and/or the services provided therein.
Linked connections
Via suitable links provided by mrk.gr it is possible to gain access to third-party websites. The links have been placed with the sole aim of facilitating visitors to the site. In no sense can this necessarily be taken as acceptance or approval of the content of the linked sites. Each link leads on to a different website, visits to which are subject to the rules of use of that site. The site mrk.gr and/or the Company bear no responsibility whatsoever for the content or the personal data management policy of any particular link. Access to the use of the content of any website is the sole responsibility of the user.
Applicable law and other terms
The present Terms of Use, including amendments where necessary, are governed by Greek and EU law as well as relevant international conventions, while the competent courts are those of the city of Athens.
Any part of these Terms of Use that are deemed to fail to conform to the laws are automatically rendered void, without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
The present document constitutes a total and binding agreement between the Company and the user/visitor to the website and its services.
Τhe mrk.gr site, through its planners and managers, makes every possible effort towards developing, adding to and improving the services rendered and the website as a whole. All necessary organizational and security measures have been taken, and the most suitable technical content protection systems employed, in order to create the safest possible environment for users in accordance with legal requirements. However, there is always the possibility of errors/malfunction/interruption affecting the site content, or viruses and other malware emerging on the website or its server.
No amendment to the Terms of Use can be taken into account, and cannot be considered a part of this agreement, if it has not been submitted and endorsed in writing and not already incorporated into the Terms of Use.
The present Terms of Use, as well as any amendments, are governed by the laws of Greece, the European Union and relevant international conventions. The competent courts for adjudicating any dispute are the courts of Athens, Greece.
