We provide the service for companies and organizations to adjust to guidelines and legal requirements on violence and harassment in the workplace (or mobbing), helping with inclusiveness, equality of opportunity, company social mobility, ESG etc., through our active as well as advisory capacity.

Violence and harassment in the workplace, intimidation and mobbing are phenomena that present a challenge to society and business worldwide. Our inability to recognize the danger of very adverse effects on people and families, organizations and society, has hindered efforts to resolve the issue.

The fact that these phenomena are inchoate and invisible does not mean that they are not actually dangerous. The constantly rising rate of violence and harassment in the workplace can and must be halted and dealt with. MRK Consulting, under the direction of Ioannis Marketos, occupies a unique position in the technical field so that it can provide clients with personalized services, solutions and prospects in order to help them negotiate the shoals safely and successfully.





Diligence mechanisms


Operate in a personalized way for each organization on the basis of reports and complaints, tracking records, differential assessments of risk, and in cases where charges of workplace intimidation could have serious social (reputation), economic (profitability) or legal consequences for the company or organization.

Create an effective complaints and accusations mechanism adhering to certain standards. These mechanisms not only collect the necessary information for specific cases but work effectively towards remedying the problem while maintaining confidentiality. These mechanisms act as supplements to the basic diligence mechanism.

Create protocols for investigating cases of violence and harassment applicable to various worker grades and specializations. Create protocols applicable to accuser and accused alike, as well as witnesses to cases.

Create an avoidance and management team for cases of workplace intimidation that will be responsible for the smooth operation of the diligence mechanism. These teams will be trained by MRK Consulting and will oversee the mechanism.

Outside mediation

MRK Consulting also offers its services as a specialized outside mediator in cases of workplace intimidation – or a non-state-based grievance consultancy – according to UN directives (2011), in cases where a company or organization wishes to assign the solution to a violence and harassment issue to an independent mediator.






Confidential Counsellor

MRK consulting, in the context of the fight against violence and harassment in the workplace,
has created a confidential counsellor service for companies and organizations.
The role of MRK Consulting as confidential counsellor is to help companies and organizations
deal successfully with cases of individual violence and harassment in the workplace that are
particularly difficult to investigate and resolve.
MRK consulting, as confidential counselor, plays an active role in providing advice, acting as
intermediary between the parties, and conflict resolution.
