Consulting
is a pioneering consultancy firm providing a wide range of services connected with dealing with violence and harassment, inclusiveness, diversity and sustainability to a large number of clients in various markets including the public and private sectors, companies and private individuals.
Established in 2017, its central office is in Athens, though it provides services worldwide.

MRK Consulting provides clients with individualized solutions and products, tailored to their needs, ensuring substantial solutions and protecting clients from future threats.


Outside mediation
MRK Consulting can act as a specialized independent mediator in cases of workplace intimidation along the lines of UN directives (2011), whenever a company or organization wishes to place an issue in the hands of an independent mediator.


Research
MRK Consulting offers its clients the wherewithal to conduct internal surveys in order to ascertain the human profile of the company or organization and locate potential dangers in matters of violence and harassment, inclusiveness and diversity, psycho-social disturbances and social viability.




Our commitments



MRK Consulting, with years of experience in helping clients avoid and deal with instances of violence and harassment in the workplace, and being the only consultancy specializing in creating policies, procedures and diligence mechanisms for them, can act in an advisory capacity to ensure immediate harmonization with, for example: United Nations guidelines (2011). The directives of Convention 190 of the International Labour Organization on eliminating violence and harassment according to Law 4808/2021 The Istanbul Convention on combating and preventing violence against women and intra-family violence, presented for signature in 2011.
